Welding of heavy sections in pressure vessels, Construction equipment, Offshore structures, Bridges and boiler-quality steel like 285 Grade C, SA 51570, IS: 2002-2A and 28, IS: 2062, IS: 226 and DIN 17155 HIV with UTS up to 520 MPa. General carbon steel fabrication.
All position basic type gas shielded flux cored wire for single and multiple pass welding producing radiographic quality weld. Generate very low fume during welding with stable arc, uniform wetting, least spatters and easy deslagging. Weld deposits are of very low hydrogen level, tough, crack resistant especially when welding steels with high carbon content. Good as-welded toughness down to –40oC.
