  Cremation Furnaces :  
 

Cremation furnace is a disposal system that can ethically and satisfactorily undertake a cremation while making process fast, hygienic, economical and eco- friendly.

Electrical
Features :

  • Twin Incineration chambers, one primary chamber and other secondary chamber with heating element embedded within.
  • Automatic temperature control for both the chambers.

Gas/Oil Fired
Features

  • Heating System: primary and secondary combustion zone burners to ensure a respective zone temperature of 800 to 1000 Deg. C which can be maintained under all conditions of normal operation.
  • High quality refractories: including 63 % Alumina in areas of heavy wear.
  • Robust construction design: capable of 3 to 5 cremation time between 110 and 130 minutes.
  • Low capital cost: building requirement are much smaller in comparison to the electric furnace.
  • Cost of fuel is 30 % cheaper than electricity

  • Heat exchanger for heat recovery at the outlet of the furnace.

Ladle Driers / Heaters :

The ladle drying/preheating station essentially consists of low pressure type high velocity burner suitable for operation with Gases/Oils, which is mounted on a tilt type ladle hood and pivoted on structure. The tilting operation will be done electro-mechanically, so that it can be easily placed on the ladle after it is brought below the hood. Similarly after the drying/preheating cycle is over the ladle hood can be lifted upwards, so that the dried/preheated ladle can be taken away.

The combustion air fan, control panels etc. will be located near the fabricated pivot along with control console for the operation of the same. The combustion air, oil pipeline will be connected with suitable flexible hoses of suitable length along with the necessary safety/control equipment.
In case of horizontal ladle driers/heaters the burner system is mounted on trolley hood.

Tundish Preheating / Drying Station :
The Tundish Preheating station are consisting of multiple medium velocity burners suitable for operation with gases/ oil which is mounted on a tilt type cantilever structure supported by two numbers of bearings. The arms and other combustion system shall be suitable for burners.

Pivot pipe and two nos. of bearing at the pivot point support the cantilever structure. The bush bearings are mounted on rigid vertical column structure. The arms are made from standard box type structural part also work as path for combustion air. The combustion blower is mounted on casting platform near vertical column structure. The whole cantilever arm swivels up to 85° by means tilting drive. The burners are protected by insulated cardanic suspension type heat shields. The whole structure is mounted on casting platform. Limit switches as well as Mechanical stopper restricts the movement.
